Where do you deliver?

Depending on products, we currently deliver to most areas in Canada. For Greater Vancouver area, pick up is also available. Certain items can be delivered to USA and other countries. Please email or message us for your location inquiry.

What is your delivery charge?

FREE for local (Most Greater Vancouver areas) orders $199 and above.
$20 flat fee for orders courier delivered to Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody
$25 flat fee for orders courier delivered to Vancouver, (North) Surrey, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge 

$35 flat fee for orders couriered delivered to West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Langley, White Rock

Peak Season Note: During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day), delivery fees and time may be varied due to different fee structures from our logistics partners.

What happens if recipient is not around?

You have 2 options to select during the check out in case the recipient is not around:

  1. Leave at front door/reception

If the recipient cannot be reached, the item will be left at the door/reception/entrance of the address stated.

  1. Contact recipient for redelivery

If the location does not allow receipt of the item on behalf of the recipient, the item will be returned to us. In such a situation, we will contact the sender to pick up the item on another date. If a redelivery is required, there will be an additional fee of $25.

 Do you deliver internationally?

Only our preserved flower boxes and glass domes can be shipped internationally. However, glass domes are fragile and have high risks of damage during the course of delivery. Even though we pack each item carefully, we still cannot guarantee the arrival time and the safety of the glass. Please email us for more options and details if you are interested in shipping internationally.   

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. La Petite Fleur is currently a home-based business at the moment. Please email us for pick up availabilities and location.
